Security is a top priority. All of our doors and windows are fitted with high-quality multi-point locking systems, anti-jemmy devices, and internally beaded frames. Our doors also feature high-security cylinders for added peace of mind.

We kindly ask that any delicate or fragile items are moved before we arrive. If you need help with larger or heavier items, our team will be happy to assist.

Yes. We take care of all waste removal. Depending on the size of the project, we will arrange a skip, grab lorry, or remove all waste materials in our vans.

We manage every aspect of your extension project, from the first shovel in the ground through to final painting and decoration. Our standard working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We typically do not work weekends, but if deadlines require it, our team will come together to ensure your project stays on schedule.

Every project is different. Some require planning permission, while others do not. If planning is needed, we can arrange drawings and applications through an architect we work closely with.

Yes, most extensions and garage conversions require building regulations approval. We regularly work with building control officers and can put you in touch with them. Once the project is registered, we liaise with building control throughout the build, ensuring everything is signed off correctly, so you don’t have to worry.
